Orders & Shipping

  • Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for made-to-order items to be made before shipping. Ready-to-ship pieces will ship in 1-3 business days.

    MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

    “made-to-order” it means that the piece must be made in studio before shipping. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your item to be made with care before shipping out. You will receive an email with tracking information once your piece has shipped.


    READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS

    “ready-to-ship” means the item is in stock and will ship in 1-3 business days after your order is placed, unless otherwise noted (i.e. if Sophie is out of the studio). You will receive tracking information when your piece ships.


    If you have placed an order with ready-to-ship AND made-to-order pieces, your order will ship once all made-to-order items are finished in studio. If you would like to receive certain items before others, please contact holla@sophiekissinjewelry.com to arrange shipping. Additional shipping fees apply.

  • It may be possible to expedite your order! Please email holla@sophiekissinjewelry.com to inquire. Additional fees apply. 

    In most cases, items that are made-to-order may not be expedited, though you may expedite your shipping. If you would like to do so, please email holla@sophiekissinjewelry.com. Additional fees apply.

  • We are not responsible for stolen, misdelivered, or lost packages. Priority USPS shipping comes with $50 insurance. If you would like to insure your package at a higher value, please email holla@sophiekissinjewelry.com and we will be happy to accommodate you! Additional fees apply.

  • We ship worldwide!

    There may be international duties/taxes on packages sent out of the US. These duties are not calculated at checkout. Please check your country’s import policies for information and estimated duties on your package.

    The customer is responsible for paying all international import tariffs. Unpaid import tariffs will result in your order to return to Sophie Kissin Jewelry headquarters. If this occurs, you will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and a 30% restocking fee.

  • If your item is a gift, please include the recipient's shipping address and we will ship it directly. Leave us a note to pass on to the recipient in the "Additional Info" section at checkout.

    In effort to reduce waste, there will be no gift receipt in the package. However, the regular return policy and warranty applies!

  • Local Minneapolis pick-up is now available. Please select local pick-up at checkout.

    Please note the regular 2-4 week lead time still applies on made-to-order items with local pick-up.

  • Please check your order status and/or shipping tracking. You will receive an email with tracking information once your package has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information, you can always inquire about your order’s status.

    Please be aware that made-to-order pieces may take up to 2-4 weeks to be made in the studio BEFORE shipping. If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, the package will ship when all pieces are completed in the studio. 

    Sophie Kissin Jewelry is not responsible for stolen, misdelivered, or lost packages. Please contact your shipping provider for information on filing missing package reports.

Returns

  • Yes! We want you to be happy with your SK pieces!

    You have 14 days after you have received your order to return your piece for a refund if you are not satisfied with it.

    After 14 days, we will accept returns for store credit only.

    To start your return, please email holla@sophiekissinjewelry.com. Once your return is received we will issue a refund for the total, minus the total shipping cost (initial and return). 

    To reduce waste, we ask that you return your items in their original packaging.

  • In some cases, yes! Please email holla@sophiekissinjewelry.com to inquire. Resizing fees apply.

    In the event that your piece cannot be resized, please see our return policy above.

Repairs & Warranty

  • Your SKJ piece comes with a three-month repair warranty. We will do repairs on your pieces within 3 months of your order date. To submit a piece for repair, please email holla@sophiekissinjewelry.com with a picture of the damage and your proof of purchase date (digital receipt/purchase confirmation number).

    We are happy to repair your piece after warranty at cost. Please email holla@sophiekissinjewelry.com with a photo of the damage so we can provide you with a quote.

    Customer is responsible for shipping both ways.

    We do not do repairs or resizing on non-SKJ jewelry at this time.

  • The warranty covers Sophie Kissin Jewelry pieces purchased in-person or online within a 3-month period.

    Warranty does not cover our pieces purchased at outside retailers and stockists.

    Warranty does not cover lost jewelry. We are happy to replace lost pieces at cost if possible, though this may not be possible for one-of-a-kind pieces.

    Warranty does not cover lost or stolen packages.

    Warranty does not cover resizing. Resizing fees apply. Please email holla@sophiekissinjewelry.com to inquire. Resizing is not possible in all cases.
