Fake a Double Piercing with this Trick!

I got this idea from a customer who asked if this was possible… it had never even occurred to me to try! Turns out it’s entirely possible to wear two earrings in one piercing! Pull off this fake-out with an ear climber and an earring that doesn’t sit on the ear like a hoop or a dangle.

Depending on the size of your piercing, you may only be able to do this with a thinner gauge post or ear wire. If you have stretched holes from wearing heavy earrings, you can make it work with thicker gauge ear wires/posts.

I will show you with the Squiggle Ear Climber and the Small Slash Hoop. These both have 22-gauge ear wires and fit easily in my piercing hole which is not very stretched.

Just slide one earring in, then the other! Adjust as necessary. Let me know if this blows your mind as much as it blew mine!
